Ultra-high-net-worth principals operate across several banking relationships, legal structures and jurisdictions — often on more than one continent. The operational layer — instructing payments, matching them against statements, reconciling movements between a private account, a foundation and a trust — is exacting, repetitive, and unforgiving of error.
It is also precisely the work that demands the most discretion and the least visibility. We take it on as a single, accountable point of operation, so the principal and their advisors can attend to everything else.

Confidentiality is not a policy here, it is the practice. We name no clients, disclose nothing, and treat every instruction as private. Our reputation rests on what is never said.

Every payment is documented, controlled and matched. Nothing is taken on trust that can instead be verified.
Four clients a year, at most
We hold no more than four mandates at a time, by design. Capacity is reserved, never sold — so each client, wherever they are based, has our full operational attention.

Our work is anchored by Fiduciaire Investissa in Geneva, led by Yvan Faoro — decades of fiduciary, accounting and management practice serving private clients and businesses.
From that foundation, MLE Services was established in October 2022 to be present where the family operates day to day: close enough to act, disciplined enough to be trusted with the detail.

Yvan Faoro
A chartered accountant and tax specialist, and principal of Fiduciaire Investissa in Geneva. Provides the accounting, fiduciary and compliance foundation behind every mandate.
